Mahesh Ji

Philosophy- Yog Therapy

Mahesh ji has a track record of being very successful in both academic studies and yogic practice. He is Gold Medalist in both P.G.D and MSc. degrees in Yogic Science. To practice yoga therapeutically, we need to study its philosophy, culture, and history. This isn’t possible without this knowledge because a yogi’s approach is actually based on the science of Ayurveda (the traditional Indian medicine). Hence, he founded Sri Jai Ram Sanskrit College where he teaches Yoga Therapy and other subjects related to Yoga Therapy (e.g., Ayurveda). Outside his Academia, Mahesh ji  also runs the Yoga Therapy Centre where he treats people through Marma  & Yoga Therapy. He has dedicated his life to spread this knowledge to his students.
